R.P.’s Stage Stop is a small cozy upbeat Internet Café and Gift Shop. Made to order sandwiches and coffee drinks are the specialties.  The internet service is available for a small fee.  The store offers a wide selection of apparel, jewelry, gifts, books and novelty items.  It’s a great place to take a break, catch your breath and relax before continuing your vacation.

Slide Rock State Park. Enjoy swimming, picnicking, bird watching, fishing, exploring the nature trail, playing volleyball court and picking apples (in season, of course) at Slide Rock State Park in Sedona, Arizona. Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument. From an eruption of lava nearly one thousand years ago at Sunset Crater Volcano, visitors today are treated to a truly amazing sight. Arizona Snowbowl. Experience great skiing in the winter, great hiking in the summer and great fall colors in, well, the fall at the Arizona Snowbowl. Situated on the spectacular San Francisco Peaks, the Arizona Snowbowl is only 70 miles from the Grand Canyon. Wupatki National Monument. In its day, some 800 years ago, Wupatki towered above the other pueblos. Home to about 100 people, Wupatki was also the wealthiest and highly influential. Museum of Northern Arizona. When it was founded eight decades ago, the Museum of Northern Arizona in Flagstaff was known for its Native American artifacts and natural history specimens from the Colorado Plateau. Lake Powell. There aren’t many lakes like Lake Powell. At 187 miles long, it’s the second largest man-made lake in country. In the summer, it’s a joy to swim in as temperatures near 80 degrees. Petrified Forest National Park. A trip to Petrified Forest National Park will be a most eventful one-to say the least. First of all, you’ll see sections of the gorgeous Painted Desert.
